The Simplest Way For Whiter Teeth
Do you want pearly whites but can't afford to professionally get your teeth whitened? Well, look no further than your closest grocery store. When you get there, pick up some baking soda! Baking soda is an age-old teeth whitening remedy that is under-utilized since white strips and teeth whitening kits have stolen the show. But, don't sleep on the baking soda method. Simply dip your toothbrush in baking soda then scrub away on your teeth. Stay committed and watch a significant improvement in the color of your teeth. Extra tip: The more saliva you accumulate the better off your teeth will be. According to WebMD, saliva neutralizes the acid that causes tooth decay. If you're going to be at the grocery store picking up baking soda, you might as well also pick up some celery, apples, pears, and carrots as they trigger saliva which helps to wash away food debris on your teeth.
Good luck!

Thanks for sharing such a wonderful tip on teeth whitening. The best thing is that baking soda is easily available at grocery stores. A few months back I have whitened my teeth from a qualified cosmetic dentist in Palos Verdes. The results were unbelievable and there were no side effects. Your tip will surely be useful for individuals who want to whiten their teeth naturally. However, make sure to consult with a cosmetic dentist before applying it on your teeth as usage of baking soda can damage your tooth enamel.

DeleteBaking soda is definitely one of the most effective substances that can help whiten the teeth. However, it would be best to use it moderately, as it cause sensitivity if used too often. And you also have to follow a regular routine for your dental hygiene, to keep your teeth healthy and strong. Thanks for sharing!
